Easter

The hunt is on.

The mid-hunt meltdown

Sibling love. Lucy had just found an egg and given it to Max.

The Easter Bunny also came for a visit. We also watched some videos on Christ to help teach/remind us the special reason why we have Easter. Lucy understood quite a bit of what we talked about. Some friends invited us over to share their Easter dinner.

Trying to catch everyone looking and smiling at the same time

These two share a special bond. They are going to be very good friends.

This is what you get when you ask for their biggest smiles.

All ready for church.

Lucy received a prayer rock from Primary. So she came right home and tested it out. She put it on her pillow and then lay down. When her head hit the rock she jumped up and said a prayer. She has some great Primary leaders.

Guess who's 3??

This is how he felt about turning another year older.

I decorated the house with streamers and balloons while the kids were sleeping. Maxwell was not very pleased with it.

After cupcakes at playgroup and a day of playing he was warming up to the idea. And he was more than pleased to open presents.

Testing out the new race track

Excited for cake

We sure love this crazy boy. He makes us smile every day with his goofy antics and happy spirit. Happy birthday Maxwell!

Also, in celebration of turning 3 I feel that I can safely say that he is potty-trained! Hooray!! In comparison with his sister he was a breeze to train.

A little Catch Up

In January we were lucky to have Grandpa and Grandma Salmon come to visit us. We put them to work helping us fix up our kitchen. While the men were working hard, Grandma and I took the kids to play at the Crayola Factory.

We had lots of fun with Grandpa and Grandma. We ate, played, went swimming and shopping. .

We also saw the Tooth Fairy at Lucy's preschool. She taught the kids all about taking care of their teeth.

This is Lucy's best friend Sofia. They met at preschool and just love being together.

Like my hairdo?
